Measurement of Dry Matter and Starch in Modern Cassava Genotypes during Long Harvest Cycles

Starch (ST) is the main determinant of cassava root industrial quality and routinely quantified using specific gravity (SG) method, which simple but lacks precision. This study aimed to estimate dry matter (DM) ST content in nine modern genotypes SG method develop updated empirical equations that relate values with DM content.
